Celview 3.0.3 Release Notes

Celview 3.0.3 is primarily a bug fix release.

Fixes:

- On Mac OS 10.2.4 and later, the Noiro font would have a problem with some network printers, with the result that a postscript error would prevent the printing of any document that used the Noiro font. Fixed for the great majority of cases. If this problem is run into now, update the printer drivers, and let us know the details.

- formatted copy had a bug fix. Also the default format was changed.

- the running of macros had a bug fix.

- the search path for "other documents" had a bug that prevented it from searching the Preferences folder. Fixed.

- when a color background was being used for the display screen, a hilited screen area would be invisible. Fixed.

New Features:

- Keyboard mapping will now recognize multiple keyboards. They can be configured as usual in the Keyboard mapping dialog box. Use the "Session" menu -> "Current keyboard map" menuItem to set which keyboard mapping is in use when multiple keyboards are present. Celview discovers the attached keyboards when it launchs.

Reminder from 3.0.2:

- an option has been implemented to support more fonts than just Noiro for screen display, but currently is only provided for the adventurous. Hold down the option key as you select the "Sessions" -> "Display" menu item, and you will have a choice of any font for screen display. This will not change the font used for the OIA line and you may want to turn off "HotSpots" in the Celview Preferences. Also, for proper display, the font must be mono-spaced and the bold version of it must be exactly the same width as the plain version.
