90 Days Free Support

The 90 days of free support is provided to all those purchasing new Celview products. This gives your organization the opportunity for two people to contact Celcorp Support Engineers regarding any problems you may experience concerning the functionality of Celview. Ninety days free support guarantees that the customer has a seamless transition in using Celview whether they are using it for the first time or are upgrading from a previous version.


Celplan Per Incident Support

Per Incident Support provides a solution for corporations that may not warrant the purchase of Celplan Comprehensive Support. Only the most recent version of Celview developed by Celcorp will be fully supported. Any older versions will only be partially supported by our Support Engineers. Per Incident Support on older versions does not guarantee a solution and code fixes are only created for the most recent version. A log id will be created for each incident and will allow for one person from your organization to contact the Celcorp Support Engineers for the technical issue at hand.

The price of one incident is $150 US. A 10-pack can be purchased for a discounted price of $1000 US. These incidents can be purchased before or at the time of the occurrence. In order to purchase Per Incident Support the customer's product must be registered and you must have a credit card number ready at the time of your call. An Incident is valid for one year from the date of purchase.



Celplan Upgrade Support

  • Minor updates and minor upgrades
  • 2 free incident calls

The Upgrade Subscription package allows customers to automatically receive all minor updates and minor upgrades for their purchased Celview product. With this plan, you also receive two free Per Incident calls for any issues that may arise when using the Celview products. The Upgrade Subscription is valid for one year after the support contract is purchased.

 

Celplan Comprehensive Support

  • Unlimited incident support
  • Unlimited minor upgrades and updates
  • Unlimited major upgrades

The Comprehensive Support package incorporates Unlimited Incident and Upgrade Subscription benefits. Customers will have access to all major upgrades for their Celview product. Organizations with a large client base will find this package to be a sound investment due to the unlimited amount of support services available to them.
